PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system including a central control unit and a plurality of terminal equipment successively connected from the central control unit along a predetermined wiring path for communicating with the central control unit, and provide its formal address allocation method.;SOLUTION: The formal address allocation method of a network system includes a step for successively connecting terminal equipment along a wiring path to a central control unit and a step for successively allocating formal addresses to the terminal equipment connected to the central control unit.
