Upset reduction method of mooring the ship, and the ship mooring upset reduction system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system capable of reducing rolling of a mooring vessel by a long period wave.;SOLUTION: CPU in a computer 10 monitors a measurement value from a wave height measurement device 15 and a vessel position measurement device 16 and operates a water surface wave predominant period becoming a peak of the peak of the water surface wave from wave height data. The CPU operates a vessel rolling period, i.e., a period of rolling of a vessel longitudinal direction D1 of the vessel 200 from three dimensional position data of the vessel 200. A steel wire rope is paid out from a land boarding neck side winch 31 and a land stem side winch 32 respectively and spring constant of a boarding neck mooring rope 12 and a stem mooring rope 13 is independently and appropriately set. The rolling of the vessel 200 is reduced by controlling such that the vessel rolling period is not coincident with the water surface wave predominant period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
