PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service area entry/exist judging method of a cellular phone, in which the entry/exit of the cellular phone into/from a service area is judged to reduce power consumption while performing communication by one communication system. PSOLUTION: A storage device 104 stores receiving information obtained by one communication system and a control device 102 compares new receiving information obtained after the lapse of prescribed time from the receiving information with the receiving information stored in the storage device 104 to judge the existence of a change, and when the change is judged, regards that a service area corresponding to a plurality of mobile phone systems is moved from a first service area to a 2nd service area.
