PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface physical property modifier composition for a resin molded product, capable of preventing a lubricant from excessively bleeding, while giving good lubricity to the resin molded product, and further capable of giving excellent scratch resistance and abrasion resistance to the product, to provide a thermoplastic resin composition containing the same, to provide the resin molded product of the same, and to provide an automotive interior skin material.;SOLUTION: This surface physical property modifier composition contains components (A), (B), and (C), wherein the component (A) comprises an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber or an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber, the component (B) comprises a copolymer of ethylene and at least one kind of vinyl monomer but does not include the component (A), and the component (C) comprises a higher fatty acid amide. The thermoplastic resin composition contains at least one kind of an α-olefin polymer and a thermoplastic oligomer as a main component, and further contains the surface physical property modifier composition.
