PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer vane capable of suppressing adhesion of a matter to be stirred and improving the uniformity of stirring.;SOLUTION: The stirrer vane 30 which is rotated in a container 3 and stirs the matter to be stirred (for example, ingredients of a fried rice) in the container has spiral shafts 31a to 31d, a large number of stirring portions 32 extending from the spiral shafts in a centrifugal direction. The plurality of the spiral shafts are preferably arranged so as to form a multiple spiral structure.
