PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo-electric pump excellent in working efficiency, and a Sterling refrigerator/freezer provided with it and excellent in COP (Coefficient of Performance).;SOLUTION: The piezo-electric pump 6 is provided with a casing 61, a piezo-electric element 68 to partition the space in the casing 61 into a first working space 62 and a second working space 63, first and second suction parts 64, 66 to suck a working medium for the first and second working spaces 62, 63 respectively, and first and second discharge parts 65, 67 to discharge the working medium from the first and second working spaces 62, 63 respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
