PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an analysis result given by a DNA sequencer in a way easy to understand, thereby causing an analyst to intuitively understand the whole of the analysis result.;SOLUTION: According to this multilaned electrophoresis analysis method, when analyzing a plurality of specimens by electrophoresis on a plurality of lanes, a database is prepared equipped with (a) analysis conditions for the electrophoresis, (b) data relevant to positional information on the lanes and to abnormal patterns, and (c) caution levels corresponding to abnormal value levels of a chromatogram on electrophoresis; a caution pattern is prepared on the chromatogram of analyzed specimens; and, if a caution is included in the prepared pattern, necessary information is retrieved from the database to find a relevancy to the prepared caution for displaying the found relevancy. Further, a multilaned electrophoresis analyzer suitable for executing this method, a multilaned electrophoresis analysis program suitable for executing this method, and a medium are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
