PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of controlling the deposit density of a molecule bonded to the surface of a solid to clear the structure or behavior in the solution of the molecule bonded to the surface of the solid and capable of realizing the enhancement of the reliability and sensitivity of a device using the molecule bonded to the surface of the solid.;SOLUTION: When the molecule having charge is bonded to a substrate, an electrolyte is allowed to coexist in a solution containing the molecule and, by adjusting the screening effect due to the electrolyte and considering the effective size of the molecule in the solution, the deposit density of the molecule is controlled.
