PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flexible packaging bag for microwave oven heating and cooking, the method applicable irrespective of kinds of films, the bag good in the dimensional stability of the width direction and free of curls in the product.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the flexible packaging bag for microwave oven heating and cooking comprises a step (A) of parting roll-like composite films (1) into the upper and lower sides, a folding part forming step (B), a step (C) of unifying the upper and lower films and inserting an easy-to-peel tape, a step (D) of forming pores for drawing out steam, a step (E) of temporarily fastening the easy-to-peel tape, a step (F) of gluing the easy-to-peel tape/performing the irregular shape sealing, a bottom seal forming step (G), a side seal forming step (H) and a cutting step (I).
