PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of the content distribution of oil components in the depth direction of soil, capable of converting the emission intensity of fluorescence to the content of the oil component, even when two kinds of fluorescence emission peaks in the low wavelength region and in the high wavelength region are detected.;SOLUTION: The measuring method of the intensity distribution of the oil component in the depth direction of soil includes a process of measuring the emission intensity of fluorescence at each depth for detecting the emission intensity of fluorescence in the short-wavelength region and the long-wavelength region, a process of sampling a specific soil sample to extract the oil component from the soil sample and calculating the oil component containing whole amount in the soil sample and the ratio of the light oil and heavy oil of the oil component, a process of respectively calculating the oil component content of the light oil and the oil component content of the heavy oil from the ratio of the light oil and the heavy oil to form a calibration curve, corresponding to the emission intensities of fluorescence of the short-wavelength region and the long-wavelength region and a process for converting the emission intensities of fluorescence of the short and long-wavelength regions at each depth to the oil component content of the light oil and the oil component content of the heavy oil by using the calibration curve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
