PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for performing a quantitative and stricter measurement evaluation of cathodic protection state for stray current corrosion.;SOLUTION: This evaluation measuring device 10 includes a data input part 11 into which measurement data of probe electric current is input and a measurement operation processing part 13 for sampling and performing operation processing of the input measurement data. The measurement operation processing part 13 comprises a probe current density calculation means 12B, a time integration value calculation means 12D for calculating a time integration value of the region in which the probe current density is below the lower limit of a cathodic protection management criteria using a probe inflow direct current density as an index within predetermined measuring time according to a successive change in the probe current density, a corrosion rate calculation means 12E for calculating the annual corrosion rate of a probe based on this time integration value, and a cathodic protection state evaluation means 12F for comparing the calculated annual corrosion rate to the reference value and evaluating the cathodic protection state of a burial metal object.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
