PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling by which the environment suitable for control microorganisms is provided on a plant body after applying a biological agrochemical and therapeutic control effects of the biological agrochemical considered to be inferior to a chemical agrochemical are imparted to more efficiently control the terrestrial disease injuries of the plant.;SOLUTION: The control effects of the biological agrochemical on the terrestrial disease injuries of the plant can be improved by providing a suitable environment on the plant body by a method for controlling comprising mixing the biological agrochemical containing the control bacteria with an aqueous medium, preparing a treating liquid to be pH7.5-9 and carrying out an application treatment. In the process, both control effects of not only therapeutic effects but also prophylactic effects can synergistically be increased as compared with the individual effects of both (the biological agrochemical and sodium bicarbonate) by carrying out the application treatment of the treating liquid containing the sodium bicarbonate and providing pH7.5-9.
