PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide viewing angle compensation polarizing plate with which a viewing angle characteristic is expanded along the normal, the left and right and the top and bottom directions of the screen when the plate is used for a liquid crystal display and coloring of the display image is suppressed and to provide a liquid crystal panel and the liquid crystal display.;SOLUTION: The wide viewing angle compensation polarizing plate is formed by a material which is optically negative and uniaxial.
