PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify only a present keeper of a key of a door or the like, of the opened/closed state of a lock or the like of the door.;SOLUTION: When the lock is locked or unlocked by the key 100 with ID, whether the lock is in the locked state or unlocked state is detected, and the ID of the key 100 is acquired and stored in a storage means. When an operating means 122 of the key 100 is operated, a transmitting means in a handle part 120 demands locking information from the lock. The lock transmits the state of the lock as a message to the key with the ID stored in the storage means.
