PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-fitted galvanized steel sheet which has satisfactory corrosion resistance and electric conductivity, and further can exhibit excellent characteristics even in coating suitability (adhesion for a coating film), workability or the like in a well balance. ;SOLUTION: A film obtained by incorporating, expressed in terms of solid matters, by weight, 55 to 75% silica particles and a 1 to 5% cross-linking agent, and further containing tannic acid and/or ammonium vanadate in a ratio of 1 to 8% into polyolefin copolymer resin emulsion associated between molecules by an ion cluster is formed on the surface of the galvanized steel sheet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
