PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable laying route design support system realizing overall cost reduction, and capable of corresponding quickly to design change. PSOLUTION: An overall route information creating part 1 creates overall route information 12 on the basis of pieces of tray route information 10-1 to 10-1, and inter-drawing tray route information 11. A route selecting part 2 uses only nodes satisfying predetermined conditions as route selection candidates on the basis of the overall route information 12, cable schedule information 13, information of a cable master 14, and information of a circuit master 15, it selects shortest routes in an order of cable thickness from the route selection candidates, and it outputs them as cable route information 16.
