V-NECK KNITWEAR KNITTED WITH FLAT-KNITTING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR KNITTING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piece of V-neck knitwear so designed that the V-neck point part of the collar is fashioning-knitted and the wale of the collar extends toward the opening of the neck hole.;SOLUTION: The piece of V-neck knitwear is designed as follows: Front and back body parts are cylindrically knitted, and midway thereof, the front body part is branched left and right. A neck hole is formed therebetween. The left and right front body subparts are each provided with a V-neck's neck hole with the circumferential rim of the neck hole knitted in a folded manner and the basal end side pointed. The consecutively knitted collar draws a C-shape track excepting at least one wale on the V-neck point side of a neck hole-formed position, in such a way, the collar forms a repeated stitch courses, i.e. a right front collar, left front collar followed by left front collar, back collar and right front collar, and also the foldback part is knitted in a folded manner. The left and right front collars are superimposed on the stitches of the wale at the V-neck point part where the foldback part is consecutively formed, and furthermore, the collar's knitted end is bound off.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
