RETURN PORT SHUTTER FOR COIN RETURN APPARATUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a return port shutter inexpensively which has no risk of injuring a child with a return port shutter when the child inserts his or her fingers. PSOLUTION: The coin return apparatus verifies the authencity of a coin charged through an input port, takes in specie, returns a false coin to a return holding part and is provided with a plate shutter fitted swingably with an upper end part as a fulcrum near the return port on a side wall inside the return holding part. In the apparatus, the shutter includes a first plate part fitted swingably to an upper part of the return holding part and a second plate part swingably fitted to a lower end part of the first plate part. The second plate part is provided so that it can rotate towards the return port but cannot rotate beyond a prescribed position towards an end part of the return holding part.
