PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the updating and correcting operation of a Web site without any technical knowledge.;SOLUTION: An update/correction HP12 on an update/correction management environment 15 is configured so as to be displayable by a browser, and provided with an input means corresponding to the update object part of a public HP11. A site operator 10 performs update or correction processing to the HP12, and when the operation ends, the site operator 10 notifies an approval responsible person 13 of the confirmation request of update contents by using an interface to be provided from the management environment 15. The approval responsible person 13 previews the updated HP12 by using the interface to be provided from the management environment 15 in response to the notification, and notifies the site operator 10 of the approval result by using the interface. The site operator 10 uploads the HP12 to the management environment 14 of the public HP in response to the approval result.
