PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation anchor bolt for a wooden building and a base isolation device using the base isolation anchor bolt, superior in workability and reduced in cost by a simple structure, while capable of reducing the swinging of the wooden building by an earthquake.;SOLUTION: This base isolation anchor bolt 1 has an embedding part 2 embedded in a foundation 30, and a male screw 3 having a tip projected from a sill 40 and screwed to a fastening nut 5; and is constituted by integrally arranging a spring 4 capable of absorbing the energy of earthquake motion in an intermediate part between the embedding part 2 and the male screw 3. The base isolation device 10 has the base isolation anchor bolt 1, and an elastic body 11 for covering the spring 4 of the base isolation anchor bolt 1 and capable of absorbing the energy of the earthquake motion by being elastically deformed together with the spring 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
