PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daily life watching system capable of identifying and acquiring event information about lives of a plurality of watching target persons and protecting privacy while allowing reaction in the case of emergency. PSOLUTION: A living person 103 wears a wearable living body information detection sensor 2. Sensors 1-4 such as a living person detection sensor acquire a living person ID from the wearable living body information detection sensor 2 when a living event of the living person 103 is detected. A home server 5 creates event information with the living person ID based on the information transmitted from these sensors 1-4, and accumulates the information in a living person event DB 720 in a center server 7. The home server 5 generates perusal permission information based on input operation by the living person 103 and transmits it to the center server 7. The home server 5 generate perusal permission information in emergency. The center server 7 refers to a DB perusal terminal 8 for the perusal permission information to provide a living event DB 720.
