PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strain-sensitive paste capable of reducing noise of a strain-sensitive resistor, as compared with a conventional one using a foil gauge or ruthenium to realize a further high-performance strain-sensitive sensor, in relation to a strain-sensitive resistor of a sensor where a resistance value is changed with strain, and to provide its manufacturing method; to provide a strain-sensitive sensor using it, and to provide its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: By forming this strain-sensitive sensor into a structure, using as a metal sintered body formed by baking predetermined alloy powder, the high-reliability sensor capable of providing a stable strain-sensitive characteristics, thereby hardly generating noise can be manufactured at a low cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
