MULTISTAGE FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTION METHOD FOR RICE HULL

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burning method for producing residues with high added values by resolving a problem of incomplete combustion when using rice hulls as an energy resource, and carrying out complete combustion. PSOLUTION: The rice hulls are continuously charged into a kiln set at a temperature of a fusing point or lower of the rice hull having a furnace atmosphere adjusted to an oxidation atmosphere, and comprising a primary combustion area and a secondary combustion area. The rice hulls heated, burned and carbonized in the primary combustion area are supplied to a multistage fluidized bed of the secondary combustion area positioned in a lower part. The counterflow contact reaction of air and rice hull particles occurring in a lamination is enhanced, and the rice hull particles are completely burned by fluidized air blown in from a furnace bottom floor and horizontally blown air from a multistage air inlet installed on a furnace side wall face facing a furnace front rim wall face, and rice hull ash mainly composed of a porous body of soluble activated silica with a low degree of crystallinity and high reactivity is provided.
