DECENTRICITY MEASURENT METHOD OF LENS SYSTEM, AND DECENTRATION MEASURING DEVICE OF LENS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decentricity measuring device of a lens system capable of shortening a measuring time, without complicating or enlarging the device constitution.;SOLUTION: In this decentricity measuring device 1 of the lens system, light from a light source 2 is allowed to enter through a zoom optical system 4, while making a lens system 5 to be measured rotate about an optical axis n1, and a reflected image on a lens surface 5A to be measured, is fetched by a television camera 7, and the decentration amount is measured from a locus of the reflected image. In the device 1, when a moving lens group 4B in the zoom optical system 4 is moved and allowed to coincide with the focusing position on the lens surface 5A to be measured, the rotation of the the lens system 5 to be measured is made to start, before the movement of the moving lens group 4B is finished.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
