ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE IRRADIATING APPARATUS WITH DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SCATTERING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electromagnetic wave irradiating apparatus that prevents scattering of microwaves by controlling the irradiation direction of the microwaves.;SOLUTION: The apparatus has a structure where a material to be irradiated is pinched by two facingly located electromagnetic wave reflecting plates 5, 6 having a parabolic shape, and an electromagnetic wave of which the irradiation direction has been corrected is irradiated from a central portion of one of the electromagnetic wave reflecting plates 5, 6. The irradiated electromagnetic wave is repeatedly reflected, while being corrected in direction not to be scattered by the parabolic shape of the electromagnetic wave reflecting plates 5, 6, attenuated, and vanished to prevent scattering of the electromagnetic wave.
