PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information service which can continuously and efficiently collect the credit information of business connections in association with a plurality of commercial database services in credit management work in a firm.;SOLUTION: A data exchange system, which is executed by the cooperation of applications and various kinds of credit information databases owned by credit-research firms, is constituted by using a standard message exchange procedure of a Web service. The firm information service is provided, which is provided with; a function which collects information on updating of the databases of the credit-searching firm and credit information news issued every day by means of a service system; a function which collates the information thus collected with the names of firms of a preliminarily registered customer list and reports the agreed information by mail; and a function by which one can instantly refer to the details of the information thus reported on the Web.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
