PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a floor board and a form therefor used for the above manufacturing method, allowing the execution of work for the floor board of a porch for a kitchen entrance, etc., to be easily performed. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is characterized as follows: concrete 6 is poured into the form 5 for the floor board after two pairs of plates 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b having prescribed intervals are combined together so as to place the form 5 formed in an approximately quadrangular shape on a horizontally laid panel 2; and an anchor plate 8 fitted detachably with a floor board fixing tool 7 is mounted on the form 5 for the purpose of burying the tool 7 in the prescribed position of the poured concrete 6, removing the anchor plate 8 from the form 5 and the tool 7 after hardening the concrete 6, and dismantling the plates 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b.
