PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce fail-safe of a duplexed transmission path with a small amount of hardware.;SOLUTION: When a command and data are outputted from transmission control parts 131, 132 of an information processor 10, each of first and second duplexed transmission paths 31, 32 of a port 300 transfers the data. An error detection part 151, a counter 153 and a fixed fault detection part 155 of receiving control parts 141, 142 of an information processor 11 output a fixed fault detection signal when conditions are satisfied, for example, by parity check of the command, the data inputted from the second transmission path 32. A duplex control part 122 switches to a first transmission path use mode by the fixed fault detection signal and the transmission control part 131 and the receiving control part 142 switch to a re-transmission mode.
