PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a water-saving flow discharged from a faucet in the stirring state, to align the center of a water-saving piece with the center line of an opening of a city water tap, and to prevent the water-saving piece from being vibrated due to loosening in mounting the water-saving piece on a faucet part of the city water tap to thereby adjust the flow rate.;SOLUTION: In this faucet flow rate adjusting device, a fitting enlarged-diameter part 4 of an outer cylinder 5 is formed on the outer periphery of one end side of a short cylinder 1, both ends of which have openings 2, 3, a flange 6 is provided on the end of the enlarged-diameter part 4, and the inner periphery of one end part of the outer cylinder 5 is fitted to the outer periphery of the enlarged-diameter part 4. This water-saving piece in the device is constructed so that the outer cylinder 5 is extended from the other end of the short cylinder 1, a water flow guide plate 7 is provided at the extended end 5', the center part 7' of the guide plate 7 is disposed opposite to the other end opening part 3 of the short cylinder 1 through a gap t, the outer peripheral part is integrally connected to the extended end 5', and a plurality of water pass-through holes 8 are bored in symmetrical positions of the outer peripheral part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
