PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite soft magnetic sintered material having high density, high strength, high specific resistance, and high magnetic flux density.;SOLUTION: One or more kinds of silicon oxide solution, magnesium oxide solution and aluminum oxide solution are set to be A oxide solution; and one or more kinds of a sol solution or powder of boron oxide, a sol solution or powder of vanadium oxide, a sol solution or powder of bismuth oxide, a sol solution or powder of antimony oxide, and that of molybdenum oxide, are set to be B oxide solution or B oxide powder. Mixed oxide coated soft magnetic metal powder is produced by blending so as to consist of the A oxide solution, B oxide sol solution or powder, and soft magnetic metal powder.
