PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller for displaying the power usage of each domestic electric appliance and controlling a selected electric appliance. PSOLUTION: The remote controller 110 capable of radio communication with a wattmeter provided with a function of measuring power consumption of each electric appliance from the respective electric appliance and transmitting the measured power consumption comprises: a communication part 328 for the wattmeter for transmitting the signals of a wattmeter information acquisition request to the wattmeter and receiving the measured power consumption of each electric appliance from the wattmeter; a communication part 329 for a communication station for transmitting the signals of a center information acquisition request to a center 160 connected through a network and receiving used power data and used power charge data managed for each household from the center; a display data generation part 326 for generating display data on the basis of the power consumption of each electric appliance, the used power data and the used power charge data; and a display part 327 for displaying the display data.
