PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostatic oscillator with high stability which is reduced specially in height by making the structure simple.;SOLUTION: The thermostatic oscillator with high stability is equipped with: a heating supply body which supplies heat to a crystal vibrator having a plurality of led out lead wires to stabilize the temperature; an element for oscillation which constitutes an oscillation circuit together with the crystal vibrator; a temperature control element which constitutes a temperature control circuit controlling the temperature of the crystal vibrator; and a circuit board which is mounted with the heating supply body, the element for oscillation and temperature control element, and also mounted with the lead wires of the crystal vibrator while the lead wires are inserted therethrough, wherein the heating supply body comprises a heat conduction plate which has an insertion hole for the lead wires and is mounted on the circuit board and opposed to the crystal vibrator to directly and thermally be coupled and a chip resistance for heating which is mounted on the circuit board closely to the heat conduction plate and thermally coupled with the heat conduction plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
