PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scraping machine with scum scraping function capable of certainly scraping precipitated sludge without soaring and simultaneously scraping and discharging a scum floated on a water surface by reciprocating the scum scraping machine by the same driving apparatus.;SOLUTION: The sludge scraping machine is constituted such that reciprocation movement of a sludge scraping apparatus 2 in which a sludge precipitated on a vessel bottom 11 is scraped to a sludge pit P side by reciprocating it along the vessel bottom 11 of a sewage treatment vessel 1 and a scum scraping machine arranged on an upper water surface position than the sludge scraping apparatus 2 is driven by the same pin-rack type driving apparatus 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
