PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish the shape of a tooth form after shaving to a target shape.;SOLUTION: A gear shape data management part 21 of a personal computer 20 obtains a deviation between the measured gear shape data (a) obtained by measuring the gear after shaving and the target gear shape data (b) showing the target gear shape, and obtains the corrected gear shape data (c) on the basis of the deviation. A conversion and computing part 22 converts and computes the corrected gear shape data (c) to obtain the shaving cutter shape data (d). A dresser of the shaving cutter tooth form grinder 1 is controlled by an NC device 30 to dress the grinding wheel surface of a grinding wheel to form a grinding wheel surface shape to which the shaving cutter shape shown by the shaving cutter shape data (d) is transferred.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
