The control system manufactures the control signal making use of the modeling routine which produces the model for the high frequency noise of process parameter making use of the measurement device and the high frequency parameter data whose it is possible to collect the high frequency process parameter data, and the model which is produced, has with the compensating routine which compensates the high frequency noise which exists inside process parameter. The measurement device measures process variable at relatively high frequency, portion (for example of the data which was measured, low frequency data) transmits to the standard controller. This standard controller forms the control signal in order to control the process parameter which was measured with optional known method. Modeling routine analyzes the high frequency data, produces the mathematical model of high frequency noise inside process variable. Next, as for the mathematical model which can as the result, the control signal which is formed by the controller before being used vis-a-vis the suffering control device it is conveyed or by the suffering control device, in order to modify the particular control signal, it can be used by compensating routine.
