PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg pedestal to be mounted by roughly jointing connec tion parts of members when assembled, capable of securely preventing displace ment between members.;SOLUTION: The walk-in device comprises a walk-in mechanism and a control device. The walk-in mechanism comprises a base fixed to a seat cushion, an engagement part pivotally attached to the base rotatably with the extended end being fixed to a seat back which can be tilted, a lock part for locking the tilting of the seat back by engaging with the engagement part, and a release means for releasing the engagement state of the lock part with the engagement part. The control device comprises a first switch set on the wall surface in the interior, a motor operated as the first switch is electrified, and a movable member connected to a cam driven and rotated by the operation of the motor for operating the release means by the rotation of the cam. The motor is operated as the first switch is electrified, and the cam is rotated by the operation of the motor.
