Booklet, methods of making the booklet, and the booklet prepared for the kit

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet which can be easily made, and the handling of which is easy.;SOLUTION: The booklet 1 is equipped with a booklet main body 3 having recording pages 2 and personal information pages 4. In addition, printing sheets 5 consist of printing surfaces 6 printable with a printer, self-adhesive layers 8 each formed on the rear surface side of each printing surface 6 and release sheets 9 each laminated to each self-adhesive layer 8 and can be pasted to the recording pages 2. Due to the structure, the recording pages 2 can have a format common to all the users of the booklet, a round quantity of the recording pages can be easily made at a low cost and kept under the state being bound or the like. On the other hand, the personal information pages 4 can be finished by fetching necessary information such as the name of a user and its address from data base stored in advance in an autonomy and printing it on the printing sheets 5 with a printer and finally pasting the resultant printing sheets 5 to the recording pages 2. Thus, an entry work load can be reduced and the labor and cost for making the booklet can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
