PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical practice information management system capable of reflecting implementation of the medical practice real time or almost real time and of dealing with changes in contents of the medical practice. PSOLUTION: A medical practice implementation supporting apparatus 8 in the medical practice information management system has: a medical practice acquisition part 52 for acquiring results of retrieving each of items of medical practice stored in an external database; a medical practice storage part 56 for storing the resu a display/instruction part 55 capable of displaying the list of the items of the acquired medical practice or information based on the items to the display and instructing items in charge to which the medical practice is provided; a decision part 54 for comparing read identification information with identification information included in specified items; and an acquisition possibility decision part 58 which, when the two pieces of information coincide with each other, decides whether or not the medical practice acquisition part 52 is started under the retrieval condition of the specified items in accordance with the kind of items of the specified medical practices.
