PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free olefinic resin composition satisfying properties such as abrasion resistance, flame retardancy, tensile properties and flexibility required for a coating material for an automotive cable with a good balance.;SOLUTION: This olefinic resin composition comprises (a) 39-94 pts.mass of propylene polymer selected from propylene homopolymer and propylene- ethylene copolymer comprising ≥50 mass% content of propylene and having 0.1-5 g/10 min melt flow rate, (b) 1-20 pts.mass of polypropylene modified with 0.1-10 mass% of an acid anhydride, (c) 5-60 pts.mass of styrene-based elastomer modified with 0.1-10 mass% of an acid anhydride [wherein, the total of the polymer (a), (b) and (c) is 100 pts.mass] and (d) 30-200 pts.mass of a metal hydroxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
