PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulkhead block for a protecting/regenerating ecosystem and a bulkhead structure for the protecting/regenerating ecosystem using it, which is not only a block shape easy to be integrally molded but also facilitates to make the bulkhead structure stable against moving water, enabling to provide an excellent ecological environment for plants, fish, shellfish and birds and to maintain hydrophily suitable for vegetation while people can walk easily along the bulkhead surface.;SOLUTION: A flat lower board 1, a plurality of intermediate base 2/3 and a flat upper board 4 are integrally molded. Between the lower board and the upper board, a center space 6 and right- and left-side spaces 7/8 are formed through from the front to the back while a lower opening 9 and an upper opening 10 penetrating vertically between the intermediate bases separated on the right and the left are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
