PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the development load of a Web application by preventing unauthorized use of a general purpose Web application.;SOLUTION: When a use start request for a common function is received from a Web application, use identification information for the common function use is sent to the Web application. When a use request for the common function with the use identification information added is received from a client, whether or not the use identification information is valid is determined, and if it is valid use identification information, the common function is executed.
