PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for packaging optical parts surfaces which is excellent in dimensional accuracy and is capable of suppressing the trouble by a difference in thermal expansion from contacting parts, such as optical parts and packages, and improving the workability in packaging of the surfaces of the optical parts and a method of manufacturing for the same as well as assembled parts using the same.;SOLUTION: This substrate 1 for packaging the surfaces of the optical parts made of glass is used to package the plural optical parts varying in diameters so as to align their respective relative positions. First optical part fixing grooves 2 for packaging the optical parts of the smaller diameter among the plural optical parts are formed and V-grooves (3a and 3b) are respectively formed on both sides of the first optical part fixing grooves 2. Second optical part fixing grooves 5 are so formed that respective outer tapered portions (4a and 4b) of the V-grooves (3a and 3b) formed on both sides are the outer grooves for fixing the optical parts of the larger diameter of the plural optical parts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
