PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a mold, a manufacturing apparatus of a mold and a program which are capable of speedily evaluating the accuracy of the arrangement of recesses of the mold, and an evaluation method of a lens array, a program and an evaluation apparatus of a lens array which are capable of quickly performing the evaluation of the accuracy of the arrangement of small lenses of the lens array.;SOLUTION: By a measured center acquisition means 524B, based on the coordinate values acquired by a coordinate value acquisition means 524A, there are acquired the coordinate values of the work centers of the recesses of the mold. By a calculation means 524C there are calculated the distances between the centers of each recess obtained by the measured center acquisition means 524B, and the design center distances of the recesses are also calculated. There are calculated differences of the distances between the work centers of all the recesses acquired by the measured center acquisition means 524B from the design-based center distances of all the recesses corresponding to the above.
