PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsifying agent composition for an oil-in-water type emulsion fuel which has excellent high-temperature emulsion stability, corrosion resistance and antimicrobial properties and comprises light oils such as kerosene, a gas oil, fuel oil A, and heavy oils such as fuel oil B, fuel oil C, asphalt and water, and the oil-in-water type emulsion fuel produced by using the emulsifying agent.;SOLUTION: The emulsifying agent composition for the oil-in-water type emulsion fuel comprises an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a rust- preventive agent and an antimicrobial agent. Preferably the emulsifying agent composition further comprises a chelating agent. The oil-in-water type emulsion fuel is produced by using the emulsifying agent composition having the above constitution as an emulsifying agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
