PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas leakage spot inspecting system of a pipe in a low-temperature container capable of accurately and quickly identifying gas leakage spots of the pipe inside the low-temperature container.;SOLUTION: In this gas leakage spot inspecting system of the pipe in the low-temperature container, while circulating a liquified gas comprising a paramagnetic material in a pipe system in the low-temperature container which is an inspection object, a direct-current magnetic field is applied, and the inspection spot is measured by a high-sensitivity magnetic sensor, to thereby identify the gas leakage spot.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
