PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a compression roller for an empty resin container crushing machine inexpensively and surely mounting spike pins to a rubber roller side and to provide a compression roller for the empty resin container crushing machine capable of surely compressing while suppressing restorableness of the empty resin container which machine is manufactured by this method and the empty resin container crushing machine arranged with the compression roller. ;SOLUTION: To a roller main body 54 of a compression roller R, an elastic material is applied on the surface thereof which material is deformable when the strength relative to an empty resin container is weak, plural spike pins 55 are planted on the peripheral face of the roller main body 54. The spike pins 54 are planted simultaneously with forming of the roller main body 54.
