PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet end part processing system capable of easily and surely processing a three-ply part of waterproof sheets, without cutting off an unwelded lug part. PSOLUTION: This end part processing system for the waterproof sheet is used for a waterproof sheet laying construction method for forming a belt-like welding part of leaving unwelded lug parts on both sides, by welding mutual end parts of the waterproof sheets along an overlap part, by continuously juxtaposing the two thermally weldable waterproof sheets so that the mutual end parts overlap each other. The end part processing system has a first upper side heat iron and a first lower side heat iron opposed to this iron for welding the unwelded lug parts positioned on one side of the welding part to the waterproof sheets overlapping with the unwedled lug parts, a second upper side heat iron and a second lower side heat iron opposed to this iron for welding the unwelded lug parts positioned on the other side of the welding part to the waterproof sheets overlapping with the unwelded lug parts, heating means installed in the respective heat irons, and a driving means for sandwiching the unwelded lug parts and the waterproof sheets overlapping with the unwelded lug parts, by bringing the upper side heat iron near to the lower side heat iron.
