PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print controller and a print control system controlling a printer for performing printing so that description content of a document main body cannot be seen through cover paper of a bound printed matter for securing confidentiality even if thin paper such as ordinary paper is used. PSOLUTION: It is determined whether content can be seen through a cover or not based on count information and drawing information of logic pages constituting the bound printed matter. Only when it is determined that the content of the bound printed matter can be seen through the cover (a front cover or a back cover), a logic page for making the content of the book secret is added between the logic pages constituting the bound printed matter. Then, a plurality of logic pages including the added logic page are shrunk to be laid out (paged) in a single logic page, and this is generated as binding printing data to be sent to an output device finally for performing printing.
