PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use thermal energy with considering heat balance of whole system in a gas turbine power generation system applying a heavy oil reforming device producing reformed fuel by making heavy oil react with high temperature/high pressure water.;SOLUTION: Cooling of liquid reformed fuel and heat recovery are simultaneously done by performing heat exchange of high temperature liquid reformed fuel 92 obtained by reforming heavy oil in a fuel reformer 7 with heavy oil before being supplied to the fuel reformer 7 in a reformed oil exchanger 102. A reformed oil tank 103 is provided in a system supplying liquid reformed fuel after being cooled in the reformed oil exchanger 102.
