PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rapid and simple conduction of an editing operation for aligning a plurality of motion videos in an array of good quality. SOLUTION: A plurality of picture drawings showing characteristic picture scenes contained in a previously prepared script are sequentially displayed in a field fd10 in a window WD. The motion videos from a DV camera are captured by an operation utilizing a field fd20. The captured motion video clip blocks correspond to any video drawings displayed in the field fd10. Frames of the drawings of its corresponding destination are normally automatically deviated one by one by capturing the clip blocks. The frame is clicked by a mouse to be able to change the destination. As a result, since the respective motion video data are arranged according to the script, the respective motion video data are output in the sequence of the array, and hence a motion video work of a story corresponding to the scrip can be created.
